DMF Tenant Communication
Notice for access
For ordinary works, the Lessor (Landlord) being DeMartini Fletcher is required to
provide all
Lessee (Tenants) notice of works including scheduled maintenance.
This pre-determined date allows DeMartini Fletcher to send communication to Lessee (Tenants) advising them of the upcoming works.
If the work is an emergency, there are provisions under the Lease which allow for immediate access.
If we require you to contact the Lessee (Tenant) directly to coordinate access, DeMartini Fletcher will add the contact persons detail in
the purchase order raised.
In some instances, such as government bodies or major Lessee (Tenants), DeMartini Fletcher will coordinate the access with the Lessee
(Tenant) directly.
Communication On Site
While carrying out work on site, it is important Contractors are polite and respectful of the workplaces they are entering (including
swearing, loud radios/music).
We do understand that at times Lessee (Tenants) can be demanding in their need for answers on the job at hand, however it is imperative that
the Lessee (Tenant) is referred back to DeMartini Fletcher for them to handle the queries. This is to ensure the correct messaging is
delivered and there is no ‘he said, she said’.
