• Allows for tracking any alterations efficiently.
• Ensures smooth coordination with other contractors.

Scheduling Coordination

• After the PO is sent to the contractors, start dates are checked with SEQ Building.
• Once the work start date is confirmed, a scheduled date is communicated to all contractors, who are then required to provide their availability.

🚨Importante Note:

Any comments or requests to reschedule job start dates must be communicated to the DMF Fit-out team via the comment section in Asana.
