DMF Phone System
DMF currently uses an automated system for answering calls that come through our
3211 2033 main line.
When prompted, please select from the following to be transferred to staff.
Calls filter down the list to whomever is available.
If the required team member does not answer, you will be filtered to Reception.
To reach any members of staff not listed above, please select option 5 and you can be transferred from there.
Please note! Calling a staff member's work mobile number will automatically divert to our main line. We encourage all communication to be filtered this way in order for the correct team member to assist.
DMF will be sourcing a new phone provider in the coming months, as we are aware of system failures and calls dropping off.
